South Florida Bill Care was founded by Leyla Martorella who after a decade of working with therapists and other services providers through a non-profit saw firsthand the frustrations these services providers were facing because of mundane tasks such as billing and contracts. She started South Florida Bill Care as a solution to help her friends and as word of mouth spread, the company has grown and is now servicing therapists and medical practitioners all over the South Florida area.
